\n\tAs the New York Knicks<\/a> make their run through the NBA Finals<\/a>, a wide range of celebrities<\/a> have shown up to support the team, including model, entrepreneur and media personality Jordyn Woods, who is often spotted courtside alongside Kylie Jenner and Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet. Woods also happens to be engaged to Knicks star Karl-Anthony Towns, who popped the question on Christmas Eve.<\/p>\n

\n\tSpeaking with The Hollywood Reporter <\/em>ahead of Game 5 between the Knicks and San Antonio Spurs on Saturday, Woods opened up about supporting Towns throughout the Finals, being in her wedding era, how the Knicks\u2019 run has brought New Yorkers together, what it was like to witness the team\u2019s historic Game 4 comeback at Madison Square Garden and her orange purse that has become an unlikely Knicks good-luck charm.<\/p>\n

\n\t*** <\/p>\n

\n\tTell me about your partnership with Reese\u2019s x Oreo. What made you want to get involved with the brands?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\tTotally. I mean, the whole city is orange and blue right now, so it only made sense. For me, growing up, my favorite go-to, even when trick-or-treating, was Reese\u2019s. It was always the one thing I was looking forward to. So, it felt serendipitous that it was Reese\u2019s x Oreo, orange and blue. It all just made sense.<\/p>\n

\n\tYour Knicks game-day looks have been getting a lot of attention. How do you approach game-day glam?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\tHonestly, I do my makeup myself. It\u2019s part of my routine now. I feel like it\u2019s only right to keep it going. I have a very specific routine: I film my get-ready-with-me. I decide after if I\u2019m going to post it. I take my bag, as everyone has been seeing, the orange bag. Outfit-wise, I decide the day before, or sometimes two hours before the game. When I\u2019m on the road, I have to decide what I\u2019m gonna wear, but typically, my road outfits are a lot more chill and casual. Just because it\u2019s someone else\u2019s arena, it\u2019s harder to get around. You don\u2019t know what to expect and anticipate, and then I have my Reese\u2019s x Oreos in my bag for my emergency snack, just in case, you never know when you\u2019re just gonna need a little boost. (Laughs.<\/em>)<\/p>\n

\n\tThat leads me to: You have a lucky game-day purse you bring to Knicks games, and fans have noticed the team tends to win when you\u2019re with it. How did that tradition start? Are you superstitious about it?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\tYeah, the whole thing was a superstition for me. It happened very organically. It wasn\u2019t intentional. I was never the one that was like, \u201cThis is the lucky bag. Everyone needs to say that.\u201d It just happened. It is immense pressure that the one time I couldn\u2019t bring the bag, and we lost, so now it has created more of a hysteria. But it happened in the most organic way, and I\u2019m so grateful that it\u2019s my own brand and people are loving it. So, I didn\u2019t create the phenomenon, social media did, but I\u2019m definitely loving it.<\/p>\n

\n\tWhat does Karl think about the lucky purse phenomenon?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\tHe\u2019s here for it. He\u2019s always been my biggest support, my No. 1 support. So he\u2019s loving that both of us get to win in the process.<\/p>\n

\n\tHow electric has the atmosphere at Madison Square Garden been during the Finals, especially during and after Game 4\u2019s comeback?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\tI don\u2019t know if I can find the right words for that. To be honest, I feel it\u2019s always really fun in there. It\u2019s always super hype, but the ceiling after OG [Anunoby] put the shot back, the floor was actually vibrating. You could feel the room was shaking; it was so crazy.<\/p>\n

\n\tHow are you feeling heading into tonight\u2019s game? <\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\tI feel the same. I\u2019m excited; I\u2019m nervous; I\u2019m ready to just send all the positive vibes and energy, and just hopefully, keep it up and positive. But it is nerve-wracking.<\/p>\n

\n\tWhat\u2019s it been like to experience the Knicks fandom with them being in the Finals? <\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\tThe city is unlike anything I\u2019ve ever seen. I\u2019ve never seen a fandom like this, and no matter who the person is, they\u2019re fully there, cheering on their team. No shame. No one\u2019s trying to be too cool or too anything. Everyone\u2019s there for the same reason, and it\u2019s brought so many people together. It\u2019s truly a one-of-a-kind experience. I\u2019m so grateful to see, witness and be a part of it. And honestly, crime\u2019s down in the city, people are coming together, the economy is booming, people\u2019s small businesses are doing better. There\u2019s a lot of positivity coming out of the Knicks winning. It\u2019s been an unreal experience.<\/p>\n

\n\tIf the Knicks end up winning the Finals, how do you and Karl plan to celebrate?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\tThat\u2019s a good question. We\u2019ve literally just been living moment by moment. The highs, you don\u2019t want to get too high; you don\u2019t want to get too low; you just want to stay humble. We\u2019re not thinking too far ahead; we\u2019re just thinking game by game. So, I wish I could tell you we had some crazy plans. I am in my bridal era, so we have a lot to look forward to, getting married and whatnot. But right now it\u2019s just game by game, moment by moment. We have not planned anything, we\u2019re like \u201cLet\u2019s just get through each day as it comes.\u201d<\/p>\n
