ATLANTA \u2014 Longtime Atlanta radio host Darian Morgan, better known as Big Tigger, has been arrested on battery and cruelty to children charges. <\/p>\n
Morgan was arrested on Saturday and later released on $10,000 bond, according to court documents. <\/p>\n

Entertainment news website TMZ reported previously<\/b><\/a> that there was a police investigation involving Morgan\u2019s wife, Alicia Brown, and he was the prime suspect in an alleged assault. <\/p>\n \u201cAccording to police documents obtained by TMZ, Brown was involved in an alleged assault during a May incident that prompted authorities to open a domestic dispute investigation,\u201d TMZ reported. <\/b><\/a><\/p>\n In the last couple of weeks, Morgan addressed on social media and during his radio show what he called \u201csignificant public discussion and speculation regarding my personal life.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI want to say categorically that these allegations and accusations that have been circulating are false,\u201d he said. \u201cOut of respect for everyone involved, I ask for grace, privacy and restraint as my family navigates this difficult moment.\u201d<\/p>\n Channel 2 Action News<\/b> reached out to Morgan\u2019s attorney for comment on this story.
