CharacterAI users are having some problems Monday.
According to DownDetector, the AI service went down Monday afternoon. There were more than 2000 reports of issues on Monday, and it was trending on Google.
More than half of the problems were with the app, with 63 percent of the reports coming in on that. Others were having problems with the website while a few couldn’t log in.
There is no timetable for when it will be fixed, but the service just went down after 2 p.m. EST.
